Getting Started

How do I register as a customer?

To register as a customer, create an account, by clicking on the my account tab at the top of the page and selecting "Register". We will need your name, email address, and some other personal information. Your information will not be sold, or used for any other purposes than improving your experience with us.

How do I register as a South African dealer?

To register as a dealer, follow the same steps above to register an account, then send us an email to confirm that you are one of our registered dealers. We will adjust your account accordingly once you have been approved.

How do I buy something?

Find the Item(s) you wish to purchase.

A search box is located on nearly every page. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top menu. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its details, including availability.

Add it to your cart.

Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the black cart button in the top right corner.

Add to wishlist.

Your Wish List is a handy list of all the items you do not want to checkout with immediately. You can move items between your Checkout list and Wish List.

Check Out.

  • To enter checkout, click on the cart button (the black button on the top right of the website) and select "Checkout". If this is not available you will be asked to log in or register.
  • You will be taken to a screen where you will be able to enter your billing details. Enter your billing details and click on next.
  • The next screen will confirm the billing address, or if you would like to add a new billing address. Click on continue.
  • The next section will confirm the shipping method. Select the appropriate shipping method. Add any comments to your order on this section.
  • The next section will confirm your payment method. Select the appropriate payment method. Remember to tick the Terms & Conditions box to proceed.
  • Lastly, confirm your order, pricing and quantities. If you are happy with all the details entered, click on Confirm Order and your order will be placed online and ready to be processed.


What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to place advance orders for items that have not yet been released or are not currently in stock. When you place the pre-order, we then order the item in advance from our supplier. Note: release dates and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We’ll keep you informed of any potential changes

Shipping & Delivery

What are my delivery options?

Courier: This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. Details on tracking and timing will be supplied.

Collect from our Johannesburg office: Johannesburg customers are welcome to collect their orders from our office in Strydom park. Collection hours: Weekdays 08:30 – 17:00 (excluding public holidays)

What happens if an item is missing from my delivery?

Contact us either by E-mail: ( ) or by telephone: 083 546 8687 within 24 hours of the delivery having taken place. Please have your Order Number ready.


What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item becomes out of stock, it will reflect as such on the site. You will still be able to order this item, even if the stock level displays "out of stock". Your order will be processed.
